Arhiv Jugoslavije - Department for the Organisation and Processing of the Archival Holdings from the Funds and Collections after the year 1945

It evaluates, classifies and systematises archival holdings created through the work of central state bodies and institutions of the Socialist Yugoslavia (FPRY and SFRY), as well as holdings created through the work of associations of citizens and self-management bodies at the level of the Yugoslav federation; it evaluates, classifies and systematises archival holdings created through the work of the bodies, institutions and associations of citizens of the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia and holdings of Serbia and Montenegro – if it is given to the Archives for safekeeping; it carries out the archival processing of personal and family funds and collections. The Department creates means of information about the archival holdings from the funds and collections created after the year 1945.
