The exhibition Belgrade – Jakarta, from establishing diplomatic relations till today, authored by Nada Pantelić, opened on the premises of the Archives of Yugoslavia on 20 November. The opening of the exhibition was attended by a high-level delegation of Indonesia, members of corps diplomatique, representatives of the Government of the Republic of Serbia, Serbian Orthodox Church Patriarch Irinej and representatives of other religious communities, representatives of cultural institutions, members of the Serbian-Indonesian Friendship Society, and many public and cultural figures. The speeches at the exhibition opening were given by Acting Director of the Archives of Yugoslavia Miladin Milošević, Indonesian Ambassador Samuel Samson, Republic of Serbia Ministry of Foreign Affairs Ambassador Milisav Paić, and Assistant Minister for Culture and Media Miladin Lukić. The exhibition was opened by Nebojša Stefanović PhD, Republic of Serbia National Assembly SpeakerAfter the opening of the exhibition the delegations of the National Sports Committee of Indonesia and Sports Association of Serbia signed the Memorandum of Understanding and Future Cooperation.
The exhibition will be open weekdays from 9 a.m. till 4 p.m. until 20 December 2013.
