The issues of collections of archive documents or books written on the basis of research in the Archives are covered by promotions mostly organised in the Archives buildings, in the big conference room on the ground floor. The promotions are regularly held for the issues which the Archives co-publisher.

Banja Luka, April 18, 2008

• Promotion of Publications of the Archives of Serbia and Montenegro
  A promotion of publications of the Archives of Serbia and Montenegro was held at the Pan-European University Aperion on the 18^th of April in Banjaluka. Presentation of the Archives of Serbia and Montenegro books is just one of the events that marked the Republic of Srpska Archives' 55 years of work and also marked the City of Banjaluka Day - 22^nd of April.
  The promotion included the first two books in the edition: Sources for the History of International Relations – Kingdom of Yugoslavia's Foreign Office Reports for the Years 1930 and 1931. The books were commented on by Goran Latinović from the Faculty of Philosophy in Banjaluka, Bojan Stojnić - archivist of the Republic of Srpska Archives and Nada Petrović - organizer. A publication of the Archives of Serbia and Montenegro The Guide through Collections was introduced by Dušan Vržina, Deputy Director of the Republic of Srpska Archives, Bojan Stojnić - archivist of the Republic of Srpska Archives and Nada Petrović, one of the authors and editor of The Guide.
